Nevermind whether the word, "karma", which may sound religiously inclined and fixated towards religious systems to furnish us with some sort of an escape clause.  One that will, supposedly, alleviate our sufferings for past misdeeds or for us to escape responsibility totally . 

Or it influences a threatening prank to instill fear in us and to make us a goodie goon to follow everything by the book.  Nor does the word take kindly any good intention and only gravitated towards unfortunate state and unfavourable outcomes.  Or it is used like  a sword to spill curse on someone else.  The truth is, "we are what we eat; we become what we think about".

All good deeds go unpunished and it is supposed to be so.  When we smile at people, generally we get them smiling back at us.  The act calls for sincerity.  From the conviction within the soul.  When the intention is good, the action is good.  And, the effect fetches moral edifice of a higher purpose in life.

What we give out is what we get back.  This is the principle of karma.  As we sow, so shall we reap.  What goes around comes around.  Whatever we send out returns in folds.  The same thing when negative or positive actions, or thoughts, remain that way until they expend the energy by action upon the originator.  Our actions and thought processess are like an echo.  What we act and think produce effects.  In fact, they create a much wider spectrum of consequences, like it or not upon us.  They, voluntarily or otherwise, generate phenomenal power transforming conventional notion into chains of events.

Our lives are much ruled by cause and effect.  It seems that we are living in a newtonian universe, one pretty much keeps every energy in motion.  Every actions produce an equal and opposite reactions.  Every end entails a beginning.  And, every beginning has to begin. 

We should live in this awareness in our conscious state.  To carry and empower qualitative substance in our thought energy.  In our words.  In our actions and intention.  The only evidence of substance against us is us.  We cannot dismiss the fact that all the chains of reactions, experienced in our lives, are directly the results transferred into motion.  In the law of attractions and vibrations, all energy form a nuclear chain reaction into series of coincidences and outbreaks.

It is just a matter of observation, perhaps with deeper awareness and indepth reflections, to accept this non physical behaviour with the basic fundamental of physics.  When love is radiated, feel the attractions that come back to us.  Rewards may not come directly from the object that we give to but in the many forms of blissful wider network of social cohesion and interactions elsewhere.

Have we not wondered in all the events in our lives are often synonymous, at one point or another, with our past acts and intentions? The reward of deeds depends upon them - and they must be pure, where every person will get the rewards according to what he has acted and intended. 

Love begets love.  The alchemy that transcends into healthy mind, soul and body.  That surpassed beyond the limits of expectations.  An intense emotional attachment that far exceeds bonds and integrity.

Love will not come into fruition to someone who, in his everyday life, empowers even a scattering negative vibration.  When we internalised the feeling of hate, anger, jealousy - the resonance of all negative acts and intentions, the karmic folds compounded the difficulties.  We will warp in despair.

What we do to others, there will be many others that will do the same thing back to us.  This is why negative workings - acts and intentions, are so dangerous.  Our misfortunes are not a bad case of luck but the very mechanical fashion by cause and effect.  We had passed the energy into motion in the past only to materialise its imparting motion in the same direction to realise sooner or later.

Imagine tons of baggage in your soul and you are trying to stay positive.  That, with every breath, you pray harder for better things.  That, with all the concerted efforts, you can barely stay afloat yet you need to survive.  That, with all the smile and the laughter, you know something is just not going your way.  That, every road leads to a feeling of emptiness.  That, with all your friends around you and you still feel lonely.  That, the nights and days seem longer.

Guess, it will not be easy to be totally happy when you allow such things to take charge.  Even when you try to fake the feeling.  While it is good to acknowledge their presence, and embrace the pain, it is important to pick up the pieces and move on.  Yes, it will not be easy - words are easier said.  But feelings are real. 

There is always a glory at the end of a story.  There is always a reward for those who believe.  It is, always, not the end of the world.  Life is not a mystery when you allow all its twists and turns to be your teacher.  To be your guiding light.  To take them to be your wisdom.  We just need to, willingly, surrender with faith.  And to unfold the unknown into a beacon of light.

Reiki Sanctuary goes through it.  From joy to a period of little uncertainty.  It's the path that no man is spared.  It's the learning curve we must go through.  No compromise.  It's about how much we have faith about life.  About making it through.  About thousand dreams that we should not let go.  It's about swallowing pride and surrender everything to feel the chance to live a beautiful life.

We are glad that HDB has approved, for the third time, to extend our permitry application.  And we are allowed three days for hacking and demolition.  Chiauw assured us that the hacking, for the living and dining area, will finish in one day.  We are very glad.  We feel bad causing our neighbours with all the noise and dust for such a long period.

We want to do something when we move in.  We want to give gratitude to our neighbours.

Reiki Sanctuary deserves our love.  For all the inconveniences that she has gone through, she will be a haven of hope.  A sanctuary that will keep us safe.  A house that we will call Home, a place that we will not abandon.  A love that we will not let go.

.. and we are praying for all things well.
.. and we are praying for forgiveness.
.. and we are praying that we shall be open to wisdom.  And to the truth.  And the healing from within.

Perhaps, these experiences are about revelation.  Perhaps, they are about siphoning quantity and quality of life.  About what we should keep.  About what we should let go.  About change.  About ultimate.  About reaching out only to the truth. 

The Universe surely has a way to put a smile .. to put things right .. to tell us that everything is ok.  Just look at the notice we received from HDB - look at Point 4.  And look at Point 3 - 16/08 and 17/08 is Saturday and Sunday respectively!

It can only say that life is not perfect, afterall.  We just have to keep smiling.  And there's always faith and hope.

Universe has a strange way touching me today.  The stroke of love comes one after another.  Guess, when we open up, and surrender, the universe will return us with assurance.  That we are never being abandoned.  I feel loved.

The Blessing One

It looks like Chiauw never sleeps.  She knows that we are very concerned about the renovation after the discussion with the plumber and the general contractor yesterday.  We face with lots of limitations to achieve what we want for our two toilets - Guest and MBR.

Limitation 1 -  We may not be able to have a wall hung sanitary due to space constraint and 'pipe air' drainage problem.
Limitation 2 -  Levelling of floor between MBR and MBR toilet  .
Limitation 3 -  Constraint of space in Guest Toilet for a wide glass panel shower and positioning of sanitary basin

Chiauw spent the whole afternoon 'pacifying' our worries and re-design the toilet concepts.  At the end of the day, she managed to resolve them.

She sacrificed her sunday - firstly, she should be at the hospital and spend time with her brother.  Secondly, she should go to her mechanic and settled her car.  She had a minor accident yesterday where a lorry hit and damaged her right side window.

I do know that this friend is recovering from a 'fall' in his life and picking up little pieces.  However, these gifts are just a little too much.  I know they are just not a house warming gift, but your little 'thank you' for things that I don't deserve such a beautiful gifts.

You are appreciated!  With these gifts, I do hope that you will have a better life ahead - your kindness resonates your pure heart.  You are just you - the kind, sincere and honest friend that I've known the last 10 years or more.

 The Blessing Three

A surprise call.  A surprise visit from a friend.  A surprise gift from the universe.  It ends the day with a deep sense of joy and peace.  Your presence was the light from the Universe just as I was thinking about you.  Just when I was reflecting back on today.

Thank you for the chocolate cakes and THANK YOU for asking for the hug.  Haha, I wanted to give you the hug the last time you were here but wasn't sure of it. Thank you for just listening to me.
